What are "skipped" orders?

An order will become skipped if an newer order has been received from the same customer. A few things can happen:

  • If no email campaigns have been sent regarding the original order, the pending campaigns will be canceled and the order will be marked as skipped. If the newer order is abandoned, email campaigns will be scheduled and the order will be marked as abandoned.
  • If an email was sent regarding the original order and the new order is abandoned, the pending campaigns will be canceled, the original order will be marked as skipped and the new abandoned order will be ignored.
  • If an email was sent regarding the original order and the new order is completed, the pending campaigns will be canceled, the original order will be marked as skipped and the new paid order will either be marked as recovered (depending on your recovery settings) or it will be ignored.
