How does the Jilt trial period work?
Jilt offers a 14-day free trial period for all merchants. However, this trial does not start when you sign up.
Instead, the free trial period only begins once you've recovered your first order. From your first order recovery, the trial period will then commence for 14 days. After the trial period, all recovery emails will move to "holding" status and be sent to the account owner instead of customers. In order to re-activate recovery emails, you must update your billing details and activate the app for your store.
Jilt is available for $29.99 per month + 5% recovery fees. The first $1000 per month you recover, however, will not be subject to recovery fees -- they're included in your usage fee. This way, we all want the same thing: for your shop to recover as much money as possible. We're happy to do anything we can to help you improve your campaigns and recover emails to improve your cart abandonment recovery.
Here's a couple example scenarios for Jilt pricing:
- You use Jilt for April and recover $847 in lost revenue. Your price for April: $29.99 -- the first $1000 in recovered revenue does not impose fees, so you won't be charged a recovery fee here.
- You use Jilt for May and recover $1392 in lost revenue. Your price for May: $29.99 + ($392 x 0.05) = $49.59 -- the first $1000 recovered is still fee-less, so the recovery fee is charged only on the amount above that.
