Welcome to Jilt! We put together this quick guide to help get your account configured from Day 1 to full mastery of the Jilt dashboard and features.
Before you start

Step 1: Create a Jilt account
The first step before using Jilt would be to create an account. You can do that by going to the registration page. This allows you to log in to the dashboard and continue the process by connecting your shop.
Step 2: Connect Your Shop
The next step is connecting your shop. Once connected, Jilt will automatically sync all your customers, orders, and product data to allow for advanced segmentation of your contacts and seamless personalization of your email messages:
Step 3: Import your Contacts from other platforms (Optional)
If you’re moving to Jilt from another platform, you can also import contacts that haven’t been automatically synced to your account. Kindly note that in some cases, you may need to change the format of the CSV file to ensure the import is successful:
Step 4: Create and Send Your First Email
Jilt offers two ways that you can approach your customers: a) by creating automatic, email campaigns called Automations, or b) sending one time messages called Broadcasts.

Step 5: Customize Your Campaign (Optional)
Add a logo, social proof, and discounts to your campaigns. Make your content pop by using the type of language and humor your customers use themselves.

Step 6: Integrations
