The From address I want to use is pending. What do I do?
When a From address is “pending”, it means that it hasn’t been verified yet.
First, ensure that you’ve clicked on the “verify address” link in the verification email we’ve sent you.
If you haven’t received the email, click on “resend confirmation” in the From Addresses page, under your settings (need help to find this? Check out this article).
Second, if the email is from a branded domain, the verification process may take a few minutes.
You can reach out to our support team if it has been more than ten minutes since you clicked on the verification link in the email we sent you.
I didn’t get a verification email for my address. What do I do?
First, check your Spam or Promotions folders. It’s always possible that emails get sorted out in these folders, depending on the email provider you use.
Then you can resend the confirmation email. To do so, go to the From Addresses page under the Settings. Click on “resend confirmation” for the From address you want to verify.
I verified my email but I’m getting an “expiration” error. What do I do?
The verification link you received by email is only valid for 7 days, for security reasons.
To get a new verification email, head to the From addresses page under your Settings. Click on “resend confirmation” for the From address you want to confirm.
I’m a store manager. How can I add a From address for the store I manage?
As a manager, you can only add From addresses to your own store(s). For stores you manage, the store owner will have to add the address themselves.
Please reach out to the store owner to set up the From address.

My domain has failed verification. What is going on?
Your email domain might have failed verification because it was already verified by another Jilt organization as its own domain.
It’s also possible that the domain you want to use was blocked by our verification system for spamming.
