Our email editor will only show you the content you can use in the specific email you're editing.
This means that you won't see Cart Contents or Order Details in broadcasts, because broadcasts are not tied to a client's order.
Similarly, when you edit an automation, depending on the type of automation, not all options will appear.
For instance, if you edit a cart recovery email, the order details rows won't appear. That's because they would be empty! Since these rows show the order status, shipping method, and payment methods, these details are still empty for a cart you're trying to recover.
