If your emails are sending, but images aren't appearing as expected, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Double check if your mailbox provider (Outlook, Gmail etc.) is blocking the loading of images. Typically there will be a link to "show images" at the top of the email if this is the case.

  2. If you are using Jilt's legacy email editor, note that recent versions of Google Chrome block the loading of the images while in the editor. Sent emails will show the images properly. Create a new automation or broadcast to switch to our new editor which shows the images properly.

  3. Verify if your email is set to use Dynamic or Static images. Dynamic images will be replaced with dynamic content specific to that customer or order.

  4. Check the row to ensure there aren't any display conditions applied, such as "Show Store logo if available in Brand settings."
