We consider an order recovered when it's placed within 5 days of:

  • Jilt delivering an email from your Cart Abandoned campaign
  • the customer opening the email from the campaign
  • the customer clicking on a link within the recovery email

Once we've registered this status update we'll update the activity stream for the order. 

For instance, if the customer clicks a recovery link from a Jilt email and subsequently completes the order, Jilt will mark that order as recovered and also display a record of which email led to the purchase. 

This is visible in the activity stream at the bottom of the order page:
