Verifying your DKIM record is the final step in setting up your Email domain with Jilt.
Complete Domain Verification
After you've entered your DKIM record information at your domain host, we'll return to Settings > From Addresses in your Jilt admin.
Click Authenticate next to your stores sending domain that you would like to authenticate. If you haven't yet added an email address that uses your store's domain, go back to our guide on How to Add a From Address to add one.
In the modal window, click Continue then "Authenticate DKIM" button.
A success message will appear on the page if everything was set up correctly and the records have had enough time to propagate. If the authentication was successful, you will see a green checkmark icon next to your domain
After your DKIM record verification is successful, we recommend sending a test campaign email to yourself to make sure your emails are using the new "from" address.
Why Isn't My Record Verifying?
There can be a number of reasons why the record may not verify.
When did you create the record?
It can take up to 48 hours for the records to propagate. Sometimes, it's a matter of waiting a little longer before the record has had time to be cached across the internet.
Did you take a look at our DKIM guide for your domain host?
Due to differences in how domain hosts manage Host/Name values, we may need to adjust these values when creating the record in your DNS settings.
