Some contacts will be marked as "test" by Jilt. Activity by these contacts, such as attributable orders will not be counted in your reports.
These contacts are intended for internal use, so that you can run test orders without disrupting your report values.
Contacts will be marked as "test" if:
- the customer or order matches your Jilt account email
- the email domain matches your shop domain
If you have other contacts that should be marked as test, please get in touch with our support team.
Test mode is intended to be connected to staging sites. You can also manually mark your store as being in test mode from the Shop Settings screen:
Test mode will prevent all emails from counting towards reporting stats.
How do I re-activate live mode after being on test mode?
