At this time Jilt doesn't sync customer birthday information or offer an option to request this data from your customer, so sending an email on a customer's birthday isn't currently possible with Jilt. What to send instead of a birthday wish?
Instead of sending birthday wishes, we recommend sending a celebration email on the day a customer first purchased from your shop (using "Welcome first time purchaser automation") or when they first joined your mailing list (using "Welcome new subscribers") automation. You can add emails to send 12 or 24 months after the automation entry so that they get the email each year for the next two years.
