You can stop a specific email within an automation without stopping the entire automation.

To disable an email within an active automation, you will edit the associated email's Settings:

  1. Login to Jilt.

  2. Go to the Automations tab.

  3. Select your automation by clicking on the automation name

  4. Click the Settings button next to the email you'd like to disable:

5. Under Sending Schedule, select Don't send from the dropdown.
6. Click Save settings.

The email icon will be greyed out and the sending schedule will show "not sending" for that email. You will notice the automation is still active by the "Live" status:
