Will I be able to export my shop data after canceling my Jilt account?

⚠️ No!

Once your Jilt account is canceled, your shop data will not be available and cannot be reinstated.

Please be certain that you have exported all of your data and completed your migration to the new service provider before disconnecting your shop and canceling your Jilt account.

Which eCommerce platforms are supported?

Recapture can be integrated with the same platforms supported by Jilt: Shopify, WooCommerce, and Easy Digital Downloads. They also have an integration with Magento.

Can I send the same types of emails supported by Jilt with Recapture?

Mostly yes. You can send the following types of emails with Recapture:

  • Abandoned cart emails

  • Review reminders

  • Post-purchase upsell

  • Post-purchase educational content

  • Welcome emails

  • Winback emails

  • Broadcast campaigns (promotions, newsletters, etc.)

Do they offer an "add to cart" popup?

Yes, they have a similar feature to Jilt with their own popup that can collect emails when someone clicks the "add to cart" button for the first time. Learn more here.

Are unique discount codes supported?

Yes, Recapture can generate unique discount codes for stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, and BigCommerce.

Is Recapture's pricing plan similar to Jilt?

No, Recapture's pricing plan is based on monthly recovered revenue. You can review their pricing plans here.
